Our Story

Run Dad Run started simple.
A group text between friends.
Just a few guys pushing each other to stay consistent, stay active, and train for something big. At one point, that meant signing up for a 100K, something challenging that gave us something to chase.
The name of the group chat started to stick:
“Run Dad Run”
It wasn’t just the name anymore.
It became the message.
The reminder.
The push to show up on the days you didn’t feel like it.
Because life doesn’t slow down.
There are early mornings, late nights, long days, responsibilities, and everything in between, and it’s easy to put yourself last.
But this was something different.
It was proof that even with everything going on, you can still show up and do hard things.
What started as accountability between friends turned into something bigger.
A mindset.
Run Dad Run isn’t about being the fastest or the strongest.
It’s not even about being a dad.
It’s about inspiring and challenging others to do things they never thought were possible, while encouraging others to do the same thing. Showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work, even when it’s not convenient.
And along the way, having a little fun with it.
